Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention in which clients make positive changes in their thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. While in hypnosis, a person is more open to suggestions. It can be much like experiencing a focused daydream, yet where the mind is more receptive to making changes.

Clinical
Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy is used to alleviate diagnosed mental, emotional, or physical health issues and requires a referral from a healing arts practitioner, such as a medical doctor, acupuncturist, psychologist, or psychiatrists.  It is not intended to replace medical treatments. 

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy focuses on spiritual or deeper aspects of the self and explore the higher or spiritual dimensions of a person’s life to experience a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and connection to something bigger than oneself, such as the universe, a higher power, or the collective consciousness.

Interpersonal Hypnotherapy

Interpersonal Hypnotherapy creates positive change in relationships by addressing issues such as communication and unresolved feelings affecting interactions with others.

Hypno-coaching

Hypno-coaching combines Life Coaching with the foundations of Hypnotherapy.  Sessions may include hypnosis orother change work modalities and creative discussion designed to uncover and resolve subconsious blocks and negative beliefs adversly affecting your life issues. 

Sound Bowl Sessions

Sound baths offer benefits such as deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional release, mental clarity, pain relief, and an improved sense of well-being by utilizing the vibrational frequencies of the bowls to promote a balanced state within the body and mind.
