Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural, normal state of mind with focused attention where a person is more receptive to suggestions.  Sometimes referred to as a daydream or trance state, it's quite often experienced when driving on a highway for a long time or when you zone out while watching a television show.  During a session, this state is purposefully accessed to help clients reach their goals.
